Buyer's Club Rules |
| 1. |
Frequent Buyer Bucks
are issued monthly in $5 increments. |
| 2. |
The TruckPro Frequent
Buyer's Club Program is open to any individual. Corporations or other legal
entities cannot be enrolled as members. |
| 3. |
Membership card
may only be used by a member for part purchases to be used solely by the
member. A membership card may not be used by any other person or company. |
| 4. |
TruckPro reserves
the right to make promotional offers selectively available to members based
on purchase activity, geographic location and other factors. |
| 5. |
TruckPro reserves
the right to terminate membership in the Frequent Buyer's Club for any person
that does not purchase merchandise at a TruckPro store for a period of 90
consecutive days or more. |
| 6. |
The Frequent Buyer's
Club Program is subject to change or termination without notice by TruckPro
at any time. TruckPro assumes no liability for these changes or termination. |
| 7. |
Abuse of the Frequent
Buyer's Club Program, including allowing another person or company to use
a membership card, may result in termination of a member's membership. |
| 8. |
TruckPro reserves
the right to interpret all of the rules of the Frequent Buyer's Club Program
and the determination of TruckPro shall be final. |
| 9. |
The substantive
laws of the State of Tennessee shall apply to this program. |
| 10. |
The Frequent Buyer's
Club is available to residents of U.S.A., Canada and Mexico ONLY. |
