TruckPro, LLC Donates $115,000 Through Its TruckPro Gives Back Program

The company recently donated $115,000 to support its long-standing charitable partners: St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Wounded Warrior Project, The War Amps (Canada), and the Salvation Army.
This contribution reflects TruckPro’s continued commitment to support organizations that are making a positive impact with children, veterans, and communities across North America. “We are proud of our TruckPro Gives Back program and our on-going partnerships with the worthy organizations we support and the important work they do,” said Chuck Broadus, Chief Executive Officer of TruckPro. “Through this program, we are able to support efforts that make a difference, and we appreciate the continued support and donations from our team at TruckPro.”
The internal announcement of donation totals was made during the company’s National Sales Summit & Supplier Tradeshow, held in April 2025 at the Gaylord Texan Resort in Grapevine, Texas. The event brought together over 230 regional and store managers from across the U.S. and Canada to connect and review TruckPro’s key business objectives and initiatives. Additionally, over 75 leading suppliers showcased their products and offered valuable demonstrations, training, and insights in a tradeshow at the event.

Now in its seventh year, TruckPro Gives Back remains a cornerstone of the company’s culture, empowering associates and supplier partners to make a difference. This year’s contributions were directed to four outstanding charitable organizations: Wounded Warrior Project, The War Amps (Canada), St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, and the Salvation Army.

TruckPro, LLC (“TruckPro”), one of the nation’s largest independent distributors of heavy-duty truck and trailer parts headquartered in Memphis, Tennessee, announced today the successful acquisition of Advanced Distribution Company (“Advanced Distribution”), a well-established aftermarket supplier of heavy-duty truck and trailer parts and fleet maintenance and repair services based in Bakersfield, California. Founded in 1989, Advanced Distribution operates two locations and has built a solid reputation for reliability and commitment to customer service, providing essential support to businesses across the San Joaquin Valley.

June 20, 2024TruckPro Expands its Heavy-Duty Truck & Trailer Parts and Service Operations in Canada with the Acquisition of Transaxle Parts
TruckPro, LLC (“TruckPro”), one of the largest independent distributors of heavy-duty truck and trailer parts and repair services in the United States and Canada headquartered in Memphis, Tennessee, announced today that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Crane Carrier (Canada) Limited (“Crane Carrier Canada”), has successfully acquired the Transaxle Parts group of companies (“Transaxle”). For over 30 years, Transaxle has specialized in truck and trailer parts distribution and repair services and operates five locations in the greater Toronto, Ontario market. This acquisition significantly expands Crane Carrier Canada’s operations in the Toronto area, Canada’s largest transportation market, and greatly enhances TruckPro’s presence in Canada, overall.
Transaxle provides a complete line of truck and trailer parts, including hydraulics and drivetrain components, and a comprehensive range of services, with advanced truck and trailer maintenance and repair and hydraulics installation and repair.
