ORDERS

All orders can be placed against your account’s credit line, though more payment methods will be added in the near future.
Yes. At the time your order is placed, you will be invoiced. Your credit line will be debited for the whole order the next day.

Due to regulations and ordinances of the Environmental Protection Agency and other government agencies, where noted, all flammable and hazardous materials cannot be shipped through the mail without following strict procedures.

An order begins processing immediately after it is submitted and may not always be cancellable. If you’ve already received the order, you can return it in person to a TruckPro location near you or ship it back at your cost. If you haven’t already received the order, please contact the TruckPro Expert Care team.

CORE CHARGES

Some products have a core charge associated with them. A core is some portion of a part that can be recycled or reused by the manufacturer. Rebuilding these items helps to minimize product cost as well as aid in recycling efforts which helps the environment. When the old part is returned to TruckPro, the core charge is credited to your account.

Please note that core charges are often mandated by state legislature. Therefore, the actual core charge and taxes on the charge may vary depending on the state in which you buy your part.
Please contact your assigned store to make arrangements.
Core refunds can take up to 3 days to process. Core returns are not charged a restock fee.
All cores must be returned within 6 months of the purchase date.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Pick your order up at a store near you, have it shipped to you, or where eligible, have it delivered via local delivery service.
All orders must be picked up within 7 days of placing your order. At that point, your order may be returned to the store’s inventory and your purchase credited to your account.
Your order will be placed on your account’s next scheduled delivery.
Next Day cut-off times change for different parts of the country, but in general, you should submit your order prior to 3:00 p.m. local time at the shipping location.
TruckPro ships to street addresses within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia.

Orders cannot be delivered to P.O. boxes, private mailbox stores, United States territories, or addresses outside the 50 United States and the District of Columbia.

No, we do not ship to APO, FPO and DPO addresses at this time.
TruckPro is required to collect taxes in all states where a physical presence exists.

TruckPro is required to calculate your taxes based on where your order is being shipped to, following the many federal, state, and local tax codes when and where purchases are made.
You are encouraged to return eligible parts to your local store. If you are shipping a return, you are responsible for the cost of the return.

  • Search. At the top of any page, enter your brand, part number, cross-reference number or keyword into the search box and click on the magnifying glass. View results. On that results screen, you may see additional filters in the left-hand column that will allow you to narrow down your choices even further.
  • Click on TRUCK & TRAILER PARTS at the top of your screen. Choose the main category that interests you from the first drop-down. From there choose the next, narrower option that best fits what you’re looking for. View results. On that results screen, you may see additional filters in the left-hand column that will allow you to narrow down your choices even further.
Simply contact your assigned store to make arrangements to get that part replaced with the correct one.

Some rebuilt, remanufactured and even new parts have more than one part number. If you’ve searched all the alternate part numbers you’re aware of, reach out to the TruckPro Expert Care team to have them help you track down what you need.
